01. Does PrimePeak Group have specific guidelines that I need to adhere to?

PrimePeak Group expects all contractors to maintain professionalism and respect in every work environment. Any form of harassment is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any issues, please promptly contact your PrimePeak representative. Confidentiality is crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive information. Remember, any use of a client's IT resources should be strictly for business purposes. Personal calls should be limited to breaks, and mobile phones should be kept off during work hours. Also, be mindful of the workplace's non-smoking policy.

02. How are my pay rates determined?

Your consultant at PrimePeak Group will inform you of your pay rates before each assignment begins, ensuring transparency and clarity from the outset.

03. My paycheck seems incorrect, what should I do?

For any payroll discrepancies, please reach out to payroll@primepeakgroup.com at PrimePeak Group, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

04. What is the payroll cut-off and payment schedule?

Our standard payroll cut-off date is the 26th of each month. Payment is then processed and disbursed promptly according to this schedule. For specific details, please consult with your PrimePeak consultant.

05. When will I receive my salary?

We aim to process payments within a specified number of working days post timesheet submission, ensuring timely and accurate pay for our contractors.

06. Why haven't I been paid this month?

Non-payment could be due to several reasons such as incomplete documentation, incorrect bank details, or late timesheet submissions. Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid any delays.

07. How do I submit expense claims?

All expense claims should be pre-approved by the client. Submit your claims along with valid receipts to ensure timely reimbursement with your salary.

08. When will my bonus be paid, if applicable?

Bonus payments, if part of your contract, will be processed upon client authorization and typically are disbursed at the end of your contract period.

09. How do I submit my timesheet?

You can submit your timesheet through PrimePeak Group's electronic timesheet system, accessible via our website. Your consultant will provide all necessary instructions for submission and approval.

10. How do I update my personal details?

For any changes to your personal details, please email info@primepeakgroup.com, and also inform your consultant to ensure your records are up to date.

11. What is PrimePeak Group's referral program, and what are its benefits?

12. What is the procedure for requesting leave?

All leave requests should be coordinated with your PrimePeak consultant and the client to ensure seamless coverage. In case of sick leave, please notify us as early as possible.

13. How is my annual leave calculated?

Your annual leave accrual depends on your contract terms and length of service with PrimePeak Group. The standard formula is based on the total length of service and contractual entitlements.

14. How will I receive payment for unused annual leave upon resignation?

Unused annual leave is calculated and paid based on your final salary and accrued leave balance, in accordance with your contract terms.

15. How is sick leave calculated?

Sick leave entitlement accrues in line with your contract terms and applicable statutory requirements. Your PrimePeak consultant can confirm the specific details for your assignment.

16. What about MPF contributions and enrolment?

Your MPF contribution is determined by standard rates and begins after a specified period of employment. For enrolment, you will receive a form from PrimePeak Group, which should be completed and returned within your first month of employment.
