Private Equity - Head of FP&A - HK$100-150K
This client is a top Private Equity firm, with over 60B+ AUM. The CFO is looking for Head of FP&A to join the team, heavily involved in their M&A advisory projects. This individual will lead the FP&A team, working closely with senior management to offer insights and support optimal business decision-making.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting, providing accurate financial and operational models to guide business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions, cost management, and the exploration of new business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed analysis and insights on financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, ensuring alignment of budget and forecast with strategic objectives.
  • Enhance financial reporting frameworks to improve clarity, completeness, and decision-making speed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging technology to automate and streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of financial integrity.
  • Participate in strategic planning, M&A activities, and new business development initiatives from a financial perspective.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the CFO, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
 

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
